Creo specialises in residential land and property sourcing, specifically focusing on large garden plots and areas of land under 3 acres.

Working with both private home and land owners, my aim is finding and securing off-market development sites,  taking these sites through the planning process to  sell on to the open market.

HOW I WORK

With a background in Architecture, my ethos is for sensitive design – creating developments that not only have a positive impact on our neighbourhoods, but blend sympathetically into them.

Creo is different to other Land Sourcing companies as everything is carried out in-house and with full transparency every step of the way, thus giving you a much more personal approach to how I operate.
